FAQs

Q: Are tickets date sensitive?

A: No. We only sell one-day tickets this year, and they are not date-sensitive. In this way, visitors don't have to decide specific date of visit prior to purchasing tickets and they may come at their convenience during the event. For example, if you are planning to come Saturday and Sunday together with 2 of your friends, then please purchase total 6 tickets from our ticketing site. Tickets will not show date so you can always change your plan of your visit.

A: Yes. Please use the QR code posted at the gate.  If you need assistance, someone will be available there to help you.
