We are proud and excited to announce our 2nd Annual Hula Conference, HANOHANO HAWAIʻI PAE ʻĀINA, taking place November 6–8, 2026, at Tennyson High School in Hayward, CA!

 

Join us for an unforgettable weekend celebrating hula, music, lauhala, and lei-making, with workshops taught by legendary and award-winning Kumu Hula from Hawaiʻi, including our very own distinguished judges from the Iā ʻOe E Ka Lā Hula Competition & Festival!

This is a 3-day immersive Hula Conference where participants will have the opportunity to take multiple hula workshops featuring mele, kahiko, and ʻauana.

​

As part of the experience, participants will also create their own lei during our lei-making workshop and have the special opportunity to wear their lei while performing in our Hōʻike on Sunday evening.

​

Lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday.

LAUHALA WORKSHOP

Enjoy a special exclusive Lauhala Workshop with Mike Nāho‘opi‘i! Please note that Hula and Mele workshops are not included with this registration as the Lauhala workshop participants will work on their lauhala projects throughout the entire conference weekend.
